Pricing for exhibitors is as follows: Students ($25), Non-profits ($50), Manufacturers and vendors ($75), and Food vendors ($75).
The Expo is free to the public, but donations are accepted. Workshops may have an additional fee. To participate in the tasting trail you will need to purchase a $10 wristband from any tasting trail member or at the entrance.
We are in search of local, regional, and PA-statewide vendors, with a focus on makers and experiences. Please do not apply if you represent an MLM.
The Expo is a rain-or-shine event. All exhibitor cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee for each canceled registration. No refunds will be given after May 21, 2025. Exhibitors may transfer booth space with permission from event coordinators.
Yes, free parking is available at multiple municipal lots. Vendor parking is recommended in the Match Factory near the Philatelic Center entrance.
Please bring a tent/table if that is needed. Outdoor Adventure On Tap will not be providing these. If you need electricity, please notify us before the event and we will do our best to place you near one of the few outlets in the park. Please note: Electricity is not guaranteed.
